🧠 Overview

MicroPM is a no-code product management toolkit designed to help student founders, aspiring product managers, and early-stage teams manage their product workflows—even without prior PM experience or access to complex tools.

This project emerged from a core insight: many student-led startups and junior PMs struggle to structure product work—building PRDs, setting roadmaps, tracking users, and communicating with stakeholders—because most existing tools are either too advanced, too fragmented, or require engineering knowledge.

MicroPM fills this gap by offering a unified, beginner-friendly workspace to manage the end-to-end product workflow—from ideation to execution.

  • PRD Builder: A guided template with prompts for problem statements, user personas, features, and success metrics.
    • Roadmap Board: A drag-and-drop Trello-style Kanban system to prioritize features and track development stages.
      • User Persona Generator: A simple form-based system to document customer profiles and align teams around ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles).
        • Automated Standup & Check-in System: Built using Zapier and Google Forms to schedule async daily check-ins, weekly reflections, and retro feedback.
